Our NEW Home in High Point, N.C.

We’re moving into a new showroom, with our national sales management partner CODARUS, just in time for the Fall 20220 edition of High Point Market, October 22-26.

Conveniently located at STOP 27 on the Redline Bus route, our showroom is at BROAD HALL. (The bus ride is free, and a map for Fall market will be available HERE in early October.)

Our colleagues at CODARUS have been busily revamping and remodeling the vintage industrial space – incorporating the necessary modern amenities while stoking the charm of its original exposed brick walls, hard-wood flooring and oversized windows that overlook High Point’s iconic Market Square + Tower.

TL at Home is located on the third floor, where our products will bask in the beauty of the space’s ample natural light.

In celebration of our NEW showroom, we at hosting a soigné sun-up soirée for the convenience and enjoyment of Market early birds (like us):

Designer Spotlight: Kara Miller Interiors

“Light, airy and breezy.” These are attributes kindred to Designer Kara Miller‘s approach to designing + decorating.

They are also words that she uses to describe her affinity for TL at Home‘s luxury bedding, and why we are her go-to for her clients’ bedrooms.

“First and foremost, we love the quality of TL at home’s bedding. It has a very soft hand, and it ages well. We also love the flexibility of being able to dictate the colors I need. They offer a beautiful array of colors, and we always find the perfect one we need for what we are working on at that time.”

Miller, principal of full-service design studio Kara Miller Interiors, said her favorites from our line include two of our all-cotton stonewashed matelassé coverlets, Louisa and  Blair.

“We work a lot with color and pattern, and TL at Home makes it simple for us to create the look we need around crisp, white, natural bedding.”

Kara Miller Interiors is expanding its relationship with TL at Home via a new endeavor, “that we are about to launch, in the next few months.”

Without revealing too much, Miller excitedly shared a few details.

“We will be offering some of our favorite picks to a larger audience. People often ask us where we got this or that, so we’re developing a new website to reach a broader base of customers and give them access to some of our favorite things. That, of course, includes TL at Home and some other brands we also love.”

Summer Markets Recap + Looking Ahead

The summer season is not quite over just yet. There are still a few sit-back-and-relax days left on the calendar (thank goodness!) before we’re all back to school…back to life…back to reality.

We’re happy to report the summer markets (Dallas, Atlanta and Las Vegas) were better than expected. While traffic was a bit off, orders were high! We’re very encouraged by our customers’ collective BIG thumbs up for our new Summer 2022 intros – in particular, Georgie, Alice, Maria + Rumor.

Plus  our early 2022 introductions, including Cooper, Cypress, Piper and Paul, continue to grow and gain traction!

As we get settled back at home + our Hudson, NY headquarters, we are focused on photo shoots for new products, and I’m deep into new product development projects. 

More personally, I’m preparing to send my younger son off to college in the Fall. He’ll be attending Colby College, where he plans to study computer science.

Looking ahead, we are also in the midst of preparing to move into a new showroom in High Point, NC, with our national sales management partner, CODARUS. Renovations are well underway, and we are excited to welcome you!  Be sure to make plans to see us during Market, Oct. 22-26.

CODARUS Spotlight: Courtney Delancey

Meet Courtney Delancey.

She joined our Codarus family about one year ago and is already rapidly expanding our business across her important territory – Los Angeles and Central California.

Armed with 23 years of career experience in the home décor industry, Courtney is adept at helping designers source exactly the right products for their projects and clients’ needs. That includes TL at Home – which she said was what convinced her to join Codarus.

“When I saw TL and it’s beautiful bedding line, that is what sealed the deal for me. I love its East Coast aesthetic that easily crosses over to California. I knew I could do a lot with the brand because it has a niche. Plus Shari is a powerhouse. She really knows her stuff.”

Courtney’s self-described “greatest value” is her “background and experience working with the Southern California sophisticated customer for many years.”

Before joining Codarus, she spent 11 years with iconic Los Angeles furniture emporium HD Buttercup, and prior to that with an interior design firm in Venice Beach, CA, where she still lives today.

“I am a wiz at sourcing. Designers send me their mood boards and get to work finding them what they need – from bedding to lighting to case goods.”

Off the clock, Courtney loves doing her own kind of sourcing for herself and loved ones – treasure hunting for vintage and antique pieces at flea markets and thrift shops. She also loves riding her bike around town and swimming in the Pacific Ocean every day.

Clive Daniel Home needs no introduction!

The renowned Florida interior design firm operates three iconic locations (2 in Naples, 1 in Boca Raton), and now has a 4th new showroom in the works in Sarasota, set to open Labor Day weekend.

Clients include full-time and seasonal Sunshine State residents and visitors who travel from all over the country and abroad to shop the showrooms and seek the professional design services the firm provides, with its ample team of 80+ designers.
