It’s been a busy summer at TL at Home, and we’re seeing our business continue to thrive as we start the transition into autumn. (The first official day of Fall is Sept. 22.) Orders are flowing in fast, frequently and furiously, and we’re working hard to keep up and keep going!

We accept the many challenges that come with this kind of momentum and in these uncertain times. But it’s not easy. With the global supply chain out of whack, driving up production costs and creating longer delays, we’ve sharpened our attention on being true partners to our valued retailer, designer and decorator clients.

We’re guided by our founder, Pamela Kline (my mother-in-law and mentor, from whom I bought this family business almost a decade ago), who from the start instilled in me her work ethic - summed up in these wise words:

“There is always a way.”

Although we’ve been lucky to be less affected than most by inventory shortages and late deliveries of products and fabrics, we’ve had cases when we haven’t had a specific item available to meet a customer's specific need.

That’s OK. We’ve got solutions. Count on us to find a way because...There is always a way!

If a client requires a certain color, texture or design not on hand at the moment, we’ll search our stash high and low for a viable alternative or customize something in house that answers that need. And most of the time, the second option outshines the original choice.

We don’t win if our customers don’t win. We’re 100% committed to preserving our customers’ reputations with their own clientele, and helping their businesses succeed so that we can all prosper and continue as partners tomorrow.
