Our Promise to You: Quality, Service + Care

It is officially Autumn (as of Sept. 22), and yet it feels like we are weeks deep into the season with the many projects and preparations keeping us busy at TL at Home.

Last week, I returned home from a 2-day trip to NYC to attend the Home Fashions Market, where we met with many of our partner mills from Portugal to explore beautiful new product options.

Next month, we’ll be heading to High Point Market (Oct. 22-26), which is going to be especially exciting this time around because we’ve moved into a fabulous new showroom – Broad Hall – with our national sales management partner CODARUS. To usher in our bright, new space (on the 3rd floor), we’ll be hosting a special event, “Brunch in Bed with TL at Home,” to welcome the designer community to market.

All the while, we’ve been developing new collections for the New Year, working on photo shoots and laying out our 2023 Color Catalog.

Amid the buzz of activity, I got to thinking about TL at Home’s mission statement. Up until now, it has been an unwritten yet understood tenet centered on our “Made with Love” motto.

It’s time to put on paper our pledge and promise to you, our valued customers + colleagues.  Please see below.
